Identifying specific tuberculosis (TB) vulnerabilities in populations based on their geographical, demographic, and epidemiological characteristics is an essential yet challenging requirement to help reduce and eliminate TB. Assessment tools that can accurately quantify the risks associated with key factors could be used to measure TB vulnerability efficiently and indicate the most appropriate range of interventions. This study aimed to develop TB vulnerability assessment tools based on a TB vulnerability assessment conceptual framework developed with Leximancer. Three steps to produce the tools were facet analysis, interpreting the facet to create a list of questions, and expert judgment to confirm the suitability of the questionnaire. The “everything is data” principle was used to identify the data sources and build the tools. The data came from multiple primary data sources, with a questionnaire survey and observational form, and secondary data from various governmental statistical departments in Indonesia to collect data related to demography, health indicators, climate, temperature, and air quality. These tools will be optimized at scale next year to evaluate their utility for prioritizing and prescribing health system responses to TB in different communities in Central Java Province

Construction of the National Railway Station Cross Station Kedundang - New Yogyakarta Airport Station is an accelerated development program in supporting the economy of the special region of Yogyakarta. Construction of the railroad as a consequence of infrastructure development that enables potential impacts on the surrounding environment. This study is a predictive study of air quality that might occur after operational construction of a fire pathway with Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) with the Gas Sampler-Spectrophotometer-Saltzman Method, Carbon Monoxide (CO) with the gas sampler-NDIR analyzer method and dust particles with the dust sample, Hi-Vol gravimetric method. The data obtained is then converted into modeling using Caline 4 software, so that air quality prediction is obtained at the time of operation. Air quality category predictions use the standard air pollution index standard. The results of the analysis of the air quality parameters show a good category, only on the CO2 parameters that address high concentrations. however, based on CO2 conversion using the value of the Air Pollution Standard Index is predicted to remain in the "Good" category at the time of project operation. Therefore an air quality study is needed in the railroad development plan through an analysis study of environmental impacts, so that the management and monitoring of air quality can be carried out properly so as to cause disruption to the environment

Background: The impact of the pandemic on medical record health service procedures has induced significant changes. The duplication of Covid-19 patient numbers in the patient medical record unit is an important concern. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of managing medical record services during the Covid-19 pandemic in hospitals. Methods: This type of research is descriptive and quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The key informants are 15 registration and medical record unit officers, using online interview techniques, employed in three hospitals in Semarang with a focus on group discussions. The object of research includes the management of medical records and service standards for Covid-19 patients as regulations in the medical record unit of the Semarang city general hospital. Results: Policies and standards for medical record services for Covid-19 patients, have not been adjusted to the provisions based on Circular Letter Number HM.01.01/001/III/2020 concerning procedures for work in situations of the Covid-19 outbreak. The medical record service for Covid-19 patients still applies paper-based or semi-electronic medical records so that errors can occur. This can cause legal problems for hospitals; therefore, medical record service standards must meet legal aspects as legal evidence that can protect the interests of various parties. Conclusions: It is necessary to manage a medical resume form design that is better, complete, electronical, and in accordance with legal aspects
